In our endless quest to bore you with details of our house (can you tell we're excited??), here are pictures. Please note, Matt wasn't aiming for a photography award...he did a great job taking pics while also taking some room measurements & keeping up with the home inspector. =)
Basics: 4 bed, 2.5 bath, 2200 sq ft, built 1996, AC for those few days when we're dying in heat (yeah, those who really know heat may laugh here)
Entry with choice of living room at that level, UP to kitchen, dining room(s), and
3 bedroom, or DOWN to rec room, den, and laudry room/bath.
Living room with bay window & gas fireplace.
At the top of the stairs is the "formal dining room", which we'll probably
use as an art/craft area for the boys.
Kitchen (all appliances stay. In the 2nd pic, you can really see that
it's a half wall in the formal dining room, and looking over that you'd
see down into the living room. Also note the sky light in the kitchen. =)

Master bedroom has walk in closet (door to right) and nice bath (door to
left)
Upstairs bathoom
Downstairs has a huge rec room with a sliding glass door that leads to
the back yard
4th bedroom, or in our case, a den, downstairs next to rec room
Bath downstairs leads into laundry room...such a welcome change from our
current stack washer/dryer in a closet with positively no storage space!
